I trained initially as a homeopath in 1986 and have run a busy practice in South East London for many years. I have lectured at homeopathic training colleges, both in the UK and abroad, and work as a supervisior and clinician with students studying homeopathy. In 2004 my book 'Your Healthy Child with Homeopathy' was published.

I have always been fascinated by the spirit world and the whole concept of reincarnation. Life between Life by Whitton was the first book that introduced me to the concept of the interlife or 'bardo' and the healing potential of regressing clients under hypnosis to the traumatic events in the past that were still playing their part in the present day. I read books by Brian Weiss and Roger Woolger where they investigated further the concepts of past lives and gave numerous case examples of almost miraculous changes in clients after these sessions.

I was then introduced to Michael Newton's Journey of Souls. I now knew that I wanted to look into his spiritual regression to the life of the soul. However before I could conduct Life between Lives sessions, I had to train in hypnosis and past life regression. After completing a Foundation course in Hypnosis with the Isis Centre in Brighton, I began my training with Andy Tomlinson of the Past Life Regression Academy. I now saw with my own eyes the healing benefits of this therapy and its far reaching potential for change in clients.

I soon realised how well regression therapy dovetails with homeopathy, where in each patient's case I search for the original causation or trigger behind the symptoms that are causing problems.Regression therapy often holds the key to some of my unresolved cases, despite giving well indicated remedies. In the same way I frequently prescribe the appropriate homeopathic remedy as indicated by the regression session to the client. Indeed I am keen to discover further links between regression therapy and homeopathy.

Once I had some experience as a regression therapist and the use of hypnosis, I began my training in Spiritual Regression,  and am now qualified to conduct life between lives sessions.

I always feel privileged to work in this field with clients seeking their truth, the story behind the story. And frequently feel humbled at the depth of the experience of each client and the often profound healing and transformation that takes place.
